PAYMENTS

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placement. Contact support to request a cancellation. Once an order is dispatched or reaches your country's customs, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, accepting the parcel and returning it is the only option.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected upon discovery. Despite our efforts, some products may be incorrectly priced on our website. We will verify prices during order processing. If a product's correct price is lower than stated, we will refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions or reject the order. We are not obligated to provide products at incorrect prices.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD. If your card currency differs from USD, you can place your order, and our system will deduct the equivalent amount in your currency.
